Enquiries
The enquiry form prepares text in your browser. It is sent only if you choose to send it through your email app. Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages share the information you choose to provide with AIM Freight Ltd and the relevant communications provider, so Stephen can respond to your enquiry. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Planned member area
ChatGPT sign-in supplies an account identifier and email. An operator application contains the business contact details, vehicle, availability, experience and notes you provide. We request a driving licence and proof of address from all applicants. Applicants with a vehicle are also asked for motor and goods-in-transit insurance and relevant vehicle documents. Applicants without a vehicle are not asked for vehicle insurance at that stage. Do not upload bank card details, unrelated identity documents or other unnecessary personal information.
Why we use it
We use application details to respond to your request, assess vehicle and operator suitability and prepare the proposed service. Relevant documents support that review. Applying does not enrol you in marketing or create a paid subscription.
Who can access it
Your account shows your own application and documents. The authorised AIM reviewer can review them. Documents are stored privately and are not put in the public supplier directory. We will not send your documents or details to a proposed supplier merely because you apply; a specific introduction will be discussed with you.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are not enabled in this pilot. When enabled, Stripe will collect payment details on its hosted payment pages. AIM’s site will store subscription references and status to manage access; it does not store card numbers.
Retention and your requests
Contact Stephen to request access, correction or deletion of an application or document. Relevant contractual, accounting and legal retention requirements may apply to records once a service starts. Final retention periods and the full launch privacy notice will be confirmed before public onboarding.
Site services
The site uses ChatGPT sign-in and hosted storage to provide account access. WhatsApp and LinkedIn links take you to those separate services. No advertising or marketing cookies have been added to this site.
