What the team does
AIM Transport Partners offers daily sourcing of suitable transport opportunities through AIM’s established customer base and wider network, together with practical owner-driver business support. Vehicle size, body type, usable payload, location and availability guide the search. Job requirements and rates are discussed before acceptance.
A conversation before payment
Start with a free introductory call with Stephen to discuss your vehicle or start-up plans, costs and expectations. Complete the relevant checks and agree the plan, service terms and start date before payment. Applicants without a vehicle can begin with planning; work sourcing follows once a suitable vehicle is ready and approved.
Your monthly plan, per vehicle
Work Partner: one flat £250 subscription per vehicle per month for daily work sourcing and practical business support, with no monthly job-count cap or higher subscription tier. Each vehicle has its own subscription. Job rates and payment terms are agreed separately; AIM may retain a margin on work it arranges. Prices shown are the total monthly fees; no VAT is added at checkout. The billing start date will be agreed before payment.
Cancel anytime
No minimum term. Cancel before the next renewal; service continues until the end of the paid monthly period and does not renew. Stripe’s customer portal will provide cancellation and billing management when live billing is enabled.
Operator approval
Application is free. All applicants provide a driving licence and proof of address. Applicants who already operate a vehicle also provide motor insurance covering the intended work and goods-in-transit insurance. The team reviews these and any relevant vehicle / operator documents before work sourcing begins. If you have no vehicle yet, insurance documents are requested when you obtain one. A larger commercial vehicle may require additional checks. Payment and registration alone do not mean an operator has been approved.
Work and costs
Work depends on demand, suitability and availability. No number of jobs, revenue, income or profit is guaranteed. Fuel, vehicle, maintenance, insurance, professional services and other supplier costs are separate. Rates, booking responsibilities, customer invoicing, driver payment terms and job conditions must be agreed before work starts.
Supplier introductions
Supplier contacts and agreed offers are reserved for approved members with an active paid subscription. Supplier deals are still being negotiated. Any referral payment to AIM will be disclosed. Members are free to choose their own suppliers; professional advice and provider contracts are separate.
